Hey there my lovelies,
As a blogger (or these days we are referred to as influencers) I really enjoy being contacted by companies and asked to review their products. So when I was contacted by G Farrugia Malta importers of Schwarzkopf Malta I was only too happy to get on their PR list.
Truth be told I have never tried any Schwarzkopf products and I was happy to give these babies a try. I was given the Schwarzkopf Gliss Hydra Miracle shampoo and conditioner*. It took me a while to get to test the babies out (but in the meantime my sister was testing them out for me as well). In my case I was giving my hair a break from having extensions since last September and I also had a couple of salon professional treatments.
Anyway, back to the purpose of this post, the Gliss line from Schwarzkopf is a very vast one and the Hydra Miracle is the latest addition to that line. Reading up on it’s performance, it says to promise to fortify your hair with liquid keratin, while at the same time giving it a nice dose of moisture with the help of the hydrating peptides and aloe vera. Product comes in a feather light formulation that won’t weigh your hair down.
I have used the shampoo and conditioner for a couple of times as in between I had hair appointments, but I was please to see that it did a nice job of cleansing and conditioning my hair. Premising that my natural hair is very fine, dry and tends to break up easily, I did notice that the times I used the duo the right amount of ‘hydration’ was ‘used’ for my hair to feel silky and soft.
While it says it is designed for those with ‘dry, stressed’ hair, it’s certainly feels ‘lighter’ in formula. This lighter formula would make it a great choice for anyone wanting hydration but not much of it.
In a nutshell the Gliss Hydra Miracle line is lovely for anyone who wants light hydration without the weight and I did enjoy using it.
