Event Post #38 | Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Malta 2K17 | Day 1 : Show 2 : Unforgiven by Nilara

Hey there lovelies,

Welcome back to my Blog and the last show for the first day of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Malta by none other than Nilara.

Unforgiven hit the audience with a bang, Nilay Camilleri presented in my opinion a dare to wear collection.  I specifically chose to use the latter phrase as I strongly believe that the collection was inspired by the constant desire to be who we want to be and why not in a world where we (as women) are pushing boundaries and fighting for gender equality the show gave us an insight of what it feels like not be ashamed of who we are and be who we want to be.

The music chosen was very appropriate to set the tone to the array of very interesting designs and very confident models.  I enjoyed most of the collection and I did not mind the dark tone palette using beautiful black and hot red silk.  The lace detailing was appreciated ad loved.  The predominant sexy theme ran consistently from start to finish which is synonymous of a well put together collection.
