Hey there my lovelies,
Welcome back to my Blog and to the last show of the third day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Malta. Closing off for today was Maria Cutajar – Boho Goddess collection. I must admit that I was completely thrown off by the title of the collection as in my mind I imagined long, ruffled flowy dresses.
However having said that, Maria does not shy off in stepping off the conventional band wagon, as Cutajar’s collection from last year was also different from what I imagined with her overlaying style predominant in that collection. For this year’s collection Maria was inspired by the bohemian lifestyle, one that is free and that embraces women inner beauty.
I really enjoyed the show the whole collection was beautifully put together from the designs to the appropriate accessories. I also quite enjoyed the different styles where one is sure to find a perfect outfit, ready-to-wear right off the runway. I was quite pleased to see a couple culottes, boxy trousers, skirts and crop tops in a varied colours that are right up my alley.
Yet another great collection from a local designer, loved the whole them of the collection. Not forgetting the people behind the hair and makeup who did a good job in creating soft beautiful looks to compliment each look.

Until next time,
